Andrew, Mike, and Leo from LYE.

Welcome future teacherpreneur!

We can’t begin to tell you how excited we are that you’re here. Perhaps you're a teacher who has a lot of ideas but is skeptical of your ability to make them happen. Well, we're to help you overcome this self-doubt and turn you into a believer. Trust us, if you’re reading this, you ARE ready.

Ready for what? Well, people don’t land on this page unless they’re dedicated to achieving their goal.

When we started Learn YOUR English, we were right where you are now. We knew we wanted to help teachers, do something great, and do it in our own way, but we weren’t really sure how. And we definitely didn’t have a niche, either.

And now, we’re happy to share some steps that worked really well for us, so you can do it, too.

Let’s get your business going!

 Our thoughts on beginnings

That’s how we started to overcome the fear of getting started, the consumption hole, and finally grew LYE.

Start, then Learn.

One of the most difficult aspects of starting an online business is the amount of information available to you. While we’d never want you to just start something without a plan, we do find that information overload is a reality.

A big part of the desire to continue to learn actually comes from fear.

  • We’re afraid to get started.

  • What if we fail?

  • What if no one is interested?

  • What if no one buys my courses?

And all of these concerns are completely valid! But you’ll never know the answer if you don’t get started in some capacity. And we’re here to make that as easy and simple as possible for you.

We break every step down into simple, easy to follow steps so you can achieve your business goals without fear.

First thing’s first:

Let’s hone in on what an online teaching business actually is.

We help you set up the rock-solid foundation in just five days.

Our free foundations training

Start by avoiding the most common pitfalls teacherpreneurs face. We put together a 5-day training to help, straight to your inbox.

Accelerate to Fail

Accelerate to Fail

This is a mantra we adopted early on.

We asked ourselves: Would we rather spend two years working on something, only to find out no one wanted it?

Or find out now and not waste our time, with the option to pivot?

This was crucial in our development as a company. And certainly wasn’t one we did right away. But now that we know, we recommend that aspiring teacherpreneurs adopt it immediately.

Start, then learn.

Information overload is one of the hurdles that hold back teacherpreneurs. Consume, consume, consume and no action.

If you’re here, you’ve likely experienced that to an extent. So now, let’s stop consuming and start doing.

Put down that book. Start writing your own instead.

Choosing a niche isn’t easy.

It’s an iterative process.

Here’s part of how we did it.
